TuSpot Terms & Conditions

These Terms describe the rules for using TuSpot, creating owner profiles, sending enquiries, buying owner packages, purchasing promoted visibility and using information shown on the platform. TuSpot is operated by Janowski Grupa. Contact: info@tuspot.eu.

1. Platform role

TuSpot is a travel discovery, listing, enquiry and visibility platform. TuSpot is not a hotel, accommodation provider, restaurant, transport operator, travel agency, tour operator, event organiser, property owner, payment guarantor or party to the final arrangement between a guest and an owner unless this is clearly stated in writing for a specific service.

2. Owner responsibility

Owners are responsible for the accuracy, legality and current status of their listings, including descriptions, prices, photos, address, amenities, availability, booking rules, house rules, cancellation terms, safety information, accessibility information, contact details, licences, permits and tax or regulatory obligations. Owners must not publish misleading, incomplete or deceptive information.

3. Guest responsibility

Guests are responsible for checking the final details before travelling or paying: dates, price, extra fees, deposit, rules, check-in, accessibility, transport, suitability, arrival instructions and any special requirements. Guests should not rely on a profile as a guarantee that every personal expectation will be met.

4. No guarantee of experience

TuSpot aims to encourage transparent information and good relationships between owners and guests, but we do not guarantee the condition, quality, safety, cleanliness, atmosphere, hospitality, welcome, staff behaviour, weather, neighbourhood, noise level, transport reliability, suitability, price, availability or any other real-world experience connected with a listed place or third-party service.

5. Verification and trust signals

Trust badges, checks, transparency notes, promoted labels and verified owner signals are platform indicators only. They may show that selected information was provided, reviewed or confirmed at a point in time. They are not a legal guarantee, insurance policy, inspection certificate, safety certificate or endorsement of every detail of the place.

6. Prices, payments and enquiries

Prices shown on TuSpot may be starting prices, estimates or owner-provided guidance unless clearly marked as final. The owner must confirm final prices, taxes, deposits, extras and availability. WooCommerce payments for TuSpot owner packages and promoted visibility relate to platform visibility and digital services, not to guest accommodation or travel unless stated otherwise.

7. Promoted visibility

Sponsored or promoted visibility can improve placement and exposure during the purchased period. It does not guarantee bookings, enquiries, revenue, ranking in every view, social reach, article performance or specific business results. TuSpot may refuse, pause or remove promotion if the listing is incomplete, misleading, unsafe, unlawful or unsuitable for promotion.

8. Content moderation

TuSpot may request edits, hide content, remove photos, suspend profiles, reject promotions or remove listings if information appears incomplete, inconsistent, misleading, unlawful, low quality, unsafe, abusive or harmful to guest trust. We may also update labels, categories and display logic to protect platform quality.

9. Reviews and opinions

Reviews, ratings and guest comments are opinions from users or signals collected through the platform. TuSpot may moderate reviews for spam, abuse, fraud, conflicts of interest, personal data, offensive content or irrelevant material. We do not guarantee that every review is complete or representative of every guest experience.

10. Third-party services

Links to owner websites, booking engines, transport providers, maps, social media, payment providers or external services are provided for convenience. TuSpot is not responsible for third-party websites, prices, policies, availability, accuracy, cancellations, delays, losses, damages or service quality.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TuSpot and Janowski Grupa are not liable for disputes, losses, costs, injuries, disappointment, travel disruption, cancellation, misrepresentation by owners, guest behaviour, property condition, hospitality quality, payment disputes between owners and guests, transport issues, weather, local conditions or decisions made based on platform information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the beta platform develops. Continued use of TuSpot means accepting the current version. Questions can be sent to info@tuspot.eu.
